However, please note that there are no lifeguard services on-site, and adult supervision is required at all times around the pool and spa areas. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and actions of their children during their stay, including any accidental damage or incidents.

Smoking

We understand that everyone enjoys different things, but to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all our guests, smoking and vaping — including marijuana — are not permitted anywhere on the property. If this policy is violated, an additional cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep Tamarac Palms a welcoming space for everyone.

Guest Reminder – City Ordinance Compliance

Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. Quiet Hours: Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (under 45 dB) Friday–Saturday & Holidays: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM (under 45 dB) During daytime hours, normal conversation and background music are fine but must stay at reasonable levels. No loud parties, disorderly conduct, or violations of city or state laws are allowed. Thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood peaceful!

Pet Policy

We welcome one dog per stay, with a weight limit of 50 pounds. An additional cleaning fee may apply, and pet owners are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pet. While cleaning services are provided after your stay, owners are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of their pet’s waste during their visit. We also kindly ask that pets be kept quiet and not create excessive barking or disturbances, in accordance with local noise ordinances, to help maintain a peaceful environment and keep our neighbors happy.
